I have earned 7200 heart points but I cannot find out from anyone at your company how I can use 7200 heart points. I attempted to search on your webpage, and I cannot find anything about retrieving my points. I've sent a few emails asking, but I have not received any responses from anyone from your company yet and it is very frustrating.
I find it to be just a little big for me, even though I ordered according to size chart. I’m at the low end for a medium/ large, but otherwise I would recommend
The hat is lined with 100% cotton which brings cooling comfort and is perfectly designed and constructed. I wish more patterns and colors would be available in this long-tail style!:)
I have a very old cool wick cap that’s finally showing some wear so I ordered some new ones. The new ones have a double stitched hem which is an improvement over my old one. However the hats are much smaller than my old one, a full inch smaller which makes a big difference. I have a small head so someone with a larger head might find these too small. These are one size fits most but I’d be willing to pay more for the larger size if it was available. It’s a great product, but too small.
